One of my favorite parts of my job is when I hear from teachers and administrators about the impact of Teach One to Lead One (T1L1) in their schools. Most of the time, feedback comes from teachers who have seen the program from beginning to end. I rarely hear from teachers just beginning with T1L1 in their classrooms. But, this week, I was delighted to hear from an Intervention Specialist at one of our new schools. He said, “T1L1 is and will be a difference maker for these kids. I am encouraged.” Wow! Let’s all be difference-makers! Thank you, TILI Mentors, for your dedication and hard work that make this possible.
