Position Description: The Program Manager will drive our programs' innovation and creative direction. This role oversees the development, execution, and scaling of digital and non-digital solutions to extend our reach to millions of students nationally and globally. The Program Manager leads a sales, coordination, and R&D staff team dedicated to supporting existing program offerings and creating cutting-edge digital platforms that enhance our educational impact. The Program Manager’s leadership will be crucial in fostering continuous innovation and adapting our programs to meet diverse needs in alignment with the organization's vision, mission, and Core Values.  Essential Responsibilities
  1. Lead the conceptualization and implementation of innovative digital and non-digital solutions to scale program impact.
  2. Manage the program budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  3. Manage and inspire a team of curriculum writers, software developers, R&D specialists, and volunteers to create, refine, and implement digital and non-digital program solutions and tools.
  4. Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders, schools, and other stakeholders.
  5. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make program offerings adjustments as necessary.
  6. Prepare detailed reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
  7. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
  Position Qualifications and Requirements Required:
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, with at least two years in a leadership role involving digital projects.
  2. Strong technical acumen and familiarity with digital education trends, technologies, and platforms.
  3. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage local and remote teams effectively.
  4. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  6. Experience in budget management and program evaluation.
  7. Passion for youth empowerment and community development.
  8. Live a life based on biblical principles.
Preferred Experience:
  1. Prior experience in program management within a non-profit organization.
  2. Experience with digital training platforms and content management systems.
  3. Experience with remote mentoring digital technologies and processes. 
Education Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  1. Office environment with typical business hours, but the role requires flexibility to meet project deadlines and innovation cycles.
  2. Regular interaction with remote teams and digital collaboration tools.
  3. Some travel to new or potential program sites within the country is required.
General Work Environment:
  1. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
