Lori Maldonado | Founder Emeritus

Dr. Lori Maldonado — Founder of Celebrate Life International, Inc. A nationally recognized public speaker, Dr. Lori S. Maldonado is dedicated to inspiring women in leadership through her speaking and writing. She has a passion for working on causes that shape culture and support the well-being of today’s youth. Dr. Maldonado travels extensively across the United States and is the author of seven books, including Hope Dangerously (2012, CLI), Balance at Its Best (2007, Infinity Publishing), and Claim to Excellence (2006, PleasantWord).
Dr. Maldonado earned her BA in Biblical Studies from Seattle Pacific University, where she received the Distinguished Alumni Award in 1997. She completed her Master’s Degree in Theology at Fuller Theological Seminary in 1992 and earned her Doctor of Ministry degree in Leadership Development from Asbury

Zack Mishkin | Chair
Senior Vice President with ORION Investment Real Estate
Zack Mishkin specializes in all things residential. Service driven, with a passion to fulfill his clients’ interests, Zack takes a methodical, solution-oriented, detail-driven approach to the brokerage model. Zack obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California. Zack has a wide-ranging expertise across the residential sector. His specialties include: land acquisition for development and redevelopment, multi-family apartment sales, and hotel to apartment conversions. Zack’s residential sales roots and diverse experience in residential investment real estate have positioned him to strategically assist clients in various ways: discussing and developing acquisition goals, finding and acquiring conforming product, advising on capital management and ownership strategies, and advocating in the positioning and marketing for successful dispositions.

Janet Piper | Vice-chair
Former Chief of Financial Officer for CCCi, Senior Vice President over Operations
Ms. Piper joined CCCi in 1991 with responsibility and oversight in finance and accounting. CCCi provides IT staffing services from its headquarters in Atlanta, GA, and three other offices. Janet served CCCi as the Chief Financial Officer from 2001 to 2008 and was named Senior Vice President over operations in 2008. Prior to joining CCCi, Ms. Piper’s work history included serving as the controller for an international construction company, and controller for a nationally-recognized architectural firm headquartered in Atlanta. An Atlanta native, Janet is a graduate of The University of West Georgia. She has served on the Advisory Board of TEAR Ministries whose focus is on reaching orphans in Russia. Janet and her husband, Jim, have two grown sons and live in Woodstock, GA.

Curtis Dickinson | Secretary
Curtis Dickinson is a dedicated and highly experienced trial attorney with over 30 years of practice, specializing in medical malpractice. Known for his genuine compassion and commitment to his clients, Curtis is deeply invested in helping those facing some of life’s most challenging moments. He brings thoughtful guidance and unwavering support to each case, always focused on delivering the best possible outcomes.
In addition to his work in medical malpractice, Curtis provides legal counsel to churches, ministries, and non-profit organizations on matters such as formation, governance, and dispute resolution. His service to these causes reflects his belief in making a positive impact on his community.
Curtis relocated from Indiana to Georgia in 2001 to join Celebrate Life International as a board member, where he has remained an active advisor and rejoined the board in 2024. Over the years, he has also contributed to several other non-profit organizations as a board member.
Outside of his professional life, Curtis enjoys a fulfilling family life with his wife, Marlene, and their two grown children. They reside in Woodstock, Georgia.

Alycia Anderson
Corporate Attorney
(State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company)
Attorney practicing in Atlanta, Georgia. She has been a member of the bar since 1997. For the past eight years, Alycia has been employed in the Corporate Law Department of State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company. Prior to beginning her employment with State Farm, Alycia was clerk to the Honorable Constance C. Russell with Fulton County Superior Court for 5 ½ years. She was in private practice from 1997 to 2001 handling a variety of legal matters. Before entering the legal field, Alycia was a public school teacher for six years teaching in both elementary and middle schools. Alycia is a licensed minister of the Church of God, Anderson, IN and very involved in ministry on both the state and local levels. She is the current lead coordinator for Christian Women’s Connection for the State of Georgia.

Larry Lowder
Farm Owner and Operator
(In states of Arizona and California)
Owner and operator of farms in the states of Arizona and California. Mr. Lowder is the Manager and Principal of LJL Farming, LLC and Enia Farms, LLC. He is the Managing Partner of ATB Ranch, LP and Creekside Farms, LP. He serves as President of Alkali Hollow Farms, Inc., ATB Growers (California Cooperative), Las Palmas Trucking, LLC, Orchards Export Sales Inc., and Orchards International, LLC. Mr. Lowder also serves as board member of Horizon MAC (Cooperative), Horizon Nut, LLC, H&R Farms, LLC, and Meridian Nut Company. He is the CEO of G&G Andrew Farms, LP. Mr. Lowder is a member of the American Pistachio Growers Association’s Finance and Government Affairs committees. He is a U.S. Navy (Vietnam) veteran and B.S.A. Eagle Scout. He resides in Madera, California with his wife Janice. They have an adult son.

José Maldonado
Consultant
COO of Celebrate Life International, Inc. since 1999, Mr. Maldonado has managed the organization and has promoted its programs. He is the co-creator of CLI’s flagship program, Teach One to Lead One®. Prior to CLI, Mr. Maldonado worked as a Region Manager for the Hewlett-Packard Company. He is a native of South America and is a fluent English and Spanish speaker. Mr. Maldonado earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with a minor in Aviation Applications from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Mr. Maldonado has volunteered for several youth serving organizations which include the Boy Scouts of America and the Young Marines of the USA. José is the proud father of two adult sons Kenan and Colin. He resides in Atlanta, Georgia, with his wife Lori Maldonado.

We reside in Acworth, Georgia with our two sons, Josiah, 9 & Matthew, 8. I am an avid sports fan, especially basketball and running. Lynnette and I are active members of Westridge Church in Dallas, GA where I currently serve as an Elder.
As a Financial Advisor who holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER TM and Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP) designations, I have been in the financial services industry for over 12 years and with Wells Fargo Advisors for over 8 years. I have achieved these designations by completing approved educational programs, passing rigorous examinations, and meeting stringent experience requirements. I earned my Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, and I earned my Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. I also earned my Professional Financial Planning Certificate from Oglethorpe University. I began my professional career as a Design and Application engineer with GE Power Systems before changing careers to financial services in 2008. Prior to joining Wells Fargo Advisors, I worked as a financial planner with Ronald Blue & Co.

Jessica Hall
Jessica grew up in the Atlanta area and graduated from Berry college. Her husband, Chase, owns and operates a Commercial Electrical Contracting Company. They have a two-year old son, Hudson, and reside in Marietta Georgia.
Jessica began her career in 2006 as a Sales Associates at Cbeyond Communications where she later earned her way to Director of Business Development at Consumer Attorney Marketing Group. She has been offering legal services to law firms for 12 years. She has a dedication, persistence, and enthusiasm for leveraging her interpersonal skills to gain both new clients and help grow their businesses. As a sales professional, she understands the balance and value of prospecting, closing and maintain on-going customer relations.
Her outgoing personality and creative attributes launch her into a realm of outstanding customer service and proven success. Jessica strives to assist her clients with both their marketing needs and branding goals. She has expertise selling across many sectors of business involving telecommunications, real estate and legal.
