This is a tender season for me as my time in leadership is ending. I am grateful we have the right person in place as the next CEO, Teresa Lutz. Teresa and I have been working very closely together these past few months, visiting different Teach One to Lead One® (T1L1) sites. We have traveled to Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Oregon, and Washington, together. Seeing Teresa host T1L1’s Legacy Night with a local T1L1 community and their families, I am continually convinced that this organization’s future is in great hands. As Teresa and I connect with community leaders, many have affirmed the beautiful transition in leadership and the strong partnership T1L1 has with you, our life-long investors.
Together, we can expand our impact, inspire meaningful change, and leave a lasting legacy of leadership. Thank you for your belief in our vision, your commitment to our mission, and care for kids in need. We will not stop reaching students until all are impacted and being guided by truth.
